Is our online commerce site calibratordepot.com secure?
Our site uses 128 BIT Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL) so your
information is safe. You should see a yellow lock in you browser indicating a
secure link to our site. If you are worried, call your order in to (732) 632-6400.

How can I pay for my Order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Cards.
We accept US Government Purchasing Cards and Purchase Orders without Credit Checks.
We also accept COD payments, add $7 or you can mail payment ahead of time.
We do not charge your card until we ship. More expensive items may be authorized
on your card prior to order processing in order to validate the card's capacity to accept
a larger charge amount.

Do we accept Purchase Orders?
We accept Purchase Orders from most companies but we must approve your credit.
Please call us (732) 632-6400 for a credit application. Our Payment Terms are Net 30 Days
with a 1.8% per month late charge. We send all accounts 60 days past due to collections
If your account becomes past due, you will be responsible for all fees associated with collections.
We accept US Government Purchase Orders without Credit Checks.

We need a formal quote in order to place a Purchase Orders?
No Problem, call us at (732) 632-6400, we will fax or Email over a quote ASAP.
You may also find the product you need in our online catalog and print it's page
as a quote.

I am a US Government Buyer, is calibratordepot a member of the CCR?
Yes, our Cage Code 05FZ2 (Industrial Process Measurement, Inc. our parent company)

Do we charge sales tax?
calibratordepot.com is located in NJ, so we collect 7% for NJ Ship To Addresses or Pick-ups
We do not collect sales tax in any other state at this time, as the buyer you are
responsible to pay your local taxation authorities.

I am not receiving Email replies for calibratordepot.com?
We are finding more and more SPAM filters may block our Email responses. We make an effort to
respond within 24 hours. Please call us at (732) 632-6400 and let us know what we can do to help you.

I am from another country, can I purchase from calibratordepot.com?
Yes you can. We can accept a credit card if you provide essential anti-fraud information.
We also accept Wire Transfers from your Bank to our Bank. You must call us 1-732-632-6400 to

arrange wire transfer payment. Our wire transfer fee is $25 USD, charged by our Bank.
We recommend using your freight carrier account number to save on freight cost.
As the receiver you are responsible for duties and local taxes. These fees are not included in any
price quote you receive from us.

Do we ship in the US only or around the world?
We will ship anywhere allowed by the US government. We do not ship to any country that supports terrorism.
We ship UPS in most cases but can use FEDEX if required. We can ship using your account number.

I need this stuff fast, when will my order be shipped?
If your items are in stock and ordered by 3 PM EST, we will ship the same day.
We arrange many drop shipments from warehouses around the country so please call, chances
are we can get the item to you fast. International customers must wait for funds clearance and fraud checks.
We will ship rush order using UPS RED or Blue Service or Fedex Priority. Rush calibrations are charged a premium;
50% of the items Calibration Price or $50 whichever is more. Other than express shipping fees, we do not charge
extra for rushing your equipment order.

How long will it take if items are not in stock?
Many items are available in 3-5 business days.
Two weeks is a safe guess for higher priced or special ranged items.
Some high end equipment can take 4-8 weeks, just call, we'll let you know.

Do you keep my information private?
Your information is used to process your order. It is not sold, rented or loaned in any way.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you an update periodically.
Our website uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart and user information.

What is our Order Cancellation Policy ?
You may cancel your order for stock items at any time.
Custom order items may have a cancellation fee as high as 40%, depending on the manufacturer.

What is our Return Policy?
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required. Please email for an RMA or call.
Any Return will be charged a 20% restock fee. A refund (less restock fees and freight) will
only be granted once any return is tested by our Lab, all accessories are included, all manuals are
in new condition (No writing/Notes), all packaging is undamaged and the item can be resold.
Return Feight must be prepaid by the buyer, we will reject any freight collect shipments.
Custom orders, depending on the manufacturer, can not be returned. Orders can not be returned
14 calendar days after shipment.

How do I get an order status?
Log in to your account, we attempt to update status daily. You can also email us or call.

The item arrived damaged or something is missing, what do we do?
We will need to make a claim with the carrier or manufacterer. Please call (732) 632-6400 ASAP and DO NOT
DISCARD the package and packing materials. The carrier will want to inspect these items. Claims for shortages
or damage must be made within 14 calendar days of shipment, otherwise nothing can be done.

What is our warranty?
calibratordepot.com is a distributor, as such, we pass the manufacturer's warranty on to you.
We will support your claim for any warranty with the manufacturer. Call us for an RMA #, this will
start the process, be sure to tell us what is wrong with the item.
